These are the questions we hear most from teams deciding whether to work with us, answered plainly. If yours isn't here, discovery is the place to ask it.

What does GrowthX actually do?

We turn your website into a growth system and hand your team the keys. We audit your site, build a context layer about your business, set the strategy, and stand up GrowthOS to manage, create, and optimize your pages. Then your team runs the weekly loop and we stay in as your strategist. The full split is on our delivery model.

Is GrowthX an agency or software?

Both, and that's the point. You get the platform, GrowthOS, and a strategist in the loop. The difference from an agency is that we coach your team to run the system and hand over the keys, instead of holding them so you stay dependent. The difference from buying software is that you don't start at a blank screen; the system arrives built for your business.

How is this different from just using ChatGPT or Claude?

A general model gives you a fast draft and no system. It has no memory of your business, no view of your site, and no sense of what to work on next. You supply the strategy, the context, and the editing every session. GrowthX brings all of that and runs it at volume. We lay it out next to the alternatives on how we compare.

Do I need a technical team to run this?

No. GrowthX is built for marketers, not engineers. You need someone who can make decisions and spare a few hours a week, not someone who can wire up workflows. The platform does the technical heavy lifting; your team brings judgment and taste.

How much of my time does this take?

A few hours a week from someone who can make decisions. It's heavier in the first weeks while we calibrate to your business, then lighter once the rhythm sets in. That time goes to reviewing the audit, signing off on your voice and priorities, and approving pages before they publish. What you bring breaks down the full list.

How fast will we see results?

You publish your first new page and improve an existing one by about week four, and your team is running the weekly loop by week five. From there a customized warm-up plan ramps your cadence. By around week eight you start to see early signals: pages getting cited in AI answers, pages getting indexed, and rankings and impressions starting to move, depending on how mature your site already is. The week-by-week is on the Growth Accelerator, and the signals to watch for are on what success looks like.

What do you need from me to get started?

Access to your site, analytics, and publishing path, one owner who can make calls, and a clear point of view on what good looks like. The full list is on what you bring.

Who owns the content and the system?

You do, all of it. The pages, the context layer, the system itself. We build it for your business and coach your team to run it, but it's yours to keep. You're never dependent on us to keep it running, and we stay in the loop the whole way. That's the whole reason we built the model this way.

What is CheckThat?

CheckThat is our AI visibility index. It's the data source that powers AI visibility tracking inside GrowthOS, so you can see how you show up in AI answers and where you stand against competitors. You don't buy it separately; it powers the platform.

Does GrowthX work for my industry or company size?

Fit comes down to one thing: whether you want to own your growth or hand it off. Industry and size matter far less. We work well with teams that treat their website as a growth engine and can put a few hours a week into steering it. We're the wrong call for teams that want to hand everything off and never look at it. The honest read is on is GrowthX for me.

What happens if it isn't working?

You're never figuring that out alone. A strategist is in the loop through the whole Growth Accelerator, as your advisor and your coach, watching the same signs you are. If something isn't working, we catch it early and fix it, instead of pretending it's fine and stacking more volume on top. That's the job, week to week, not a checkpoint you have to pass.

What can the platform do today, and what's coming?

Today GrowthOS tracks your pages, calibrates to your business, finds opportunities, creates pages, and reports on visibility and impact. Deeper autonomy, where agents flag, act, and learn on their own, is on the roadmap and not shipped yet. We always label what's live and what's coming so you know which is which.

How much does it cost?

One plan, from $6,000 a month. There are no tiers; the price moves with the scope of your work, not with how many features you unlock. Pricing covers what's included, and discovery is where we scope what's right for your situation.
