Our delivery model

Three players share one loop: you drive, GrowthX directs and calibrates, GrowthOS does the heavy lifting. Here's exactly who owns what.

Working with GrowthX runs on one split, and this page defines it. You drive. We direct and calibrate. GrowthOS does the heavy lifting. Every other page in this section points back to this one, so it's worth getting clear.

We landed here the hard way. For years we ran GrowthX as an agency for more than a hundred teams. The work was good and the results were real, but we kept becoming the thing the client couldn't run without. We held the keys. When the engagement ended, the rhythm left with us. So we built the model around the opposite rule: you hold the keys and you run it, and we stay in the loop as your strategists so you're never on your own.

Three players share one loop

Growth on your website is a loop. You watch what's happening, decide what to do next, make the pages, and learn from the results. Most setups put all four of those on one party. An agency runs the whole loop for you and you lose the keys. A blank tool hands you the whole loop and you do everything yourself.

We split the loop three ways instead, by who's best at each part.

PlayerRole in the loop
YouThe driver. You own direction, make the calls, and approve the work.
GrowthXYour strategist, coach, calibrator, and context expert.
GrowthOSThe engine that manages, creates, and optimizes your pages.

The point of the split is that nobody does work they shouldn't. You don't operate software all day. We don't sit between you and your own growth. The engine does the volume a person can't.

You are the driver

You own direction. You decide what matters this quarter, which opportunities are worth taking, and what counts as good for your brand. You review the work and approve it in the platform before anything ships. None of that moves without you, by design.

What you don't do is build the system or run the software end to end. You need a few hours a week from someone who can make decisions, and a clear point of view on quality. You don't need a bigger team or a technical one. You need to steer. We cover what that asks of you on what you bring.

We act as your strategist and coach

We wear four hats, and we're upfront about which one we're wearing at any given time.

HatWhat we do
StrategistAudit your site, set direction, and rank what to do first.
CoachTeach your team the approach so they can run it without us.
CalibratorTune the context model, the writing profile, and the quality bar until the output sounds like you.
Context expertBuild and maintain the living context layer the whole system runs on.

The coach hat is the one that separates us from an agency. An agency is rewarded for keeping you dependent. We're rewarded for putting your team in the driver's seat and staying in the loop for the parts that need a strategist. By the end of the Growth Accelerator your team runs the weekly work, and we're still in the loop, never holding you back and never leaving you on your own.

GrowthOS does the heavy lifting

GrowthOS is the engine. It manages your page portfolio by crawling, scoring, and tracking every page. It finds the opportunities worth pursuing and ranks them. It creates pages through agents that you review and approve. It reports on search and AI visibility so you can see what's working. That's the volume a small team can't do by hand.

The platform handles the production. You handle the judgment. We tune the engine to your business and teach your team to run it.

AI visibility tracking in GrowthOS is powered by CheckThat, our AI visibility index. Some deeper capabilities, like agents acting on their own recommendations, are on the roadmap and not shipped yet. We label what's live and what's coming so you always know which is which.

Why the split holds up

The split works because each player does what it's actually good at. You bring judgment and taste, which no tool can fake. We bring the strategy and the calibration, which is where experience pays off. The engine brings scale, which is where people burn out. Put them on the wrong jobs and the loop breaks. Put them on the right ones and it compounds: the system gets smarter with every output and every note your team adds, so the longer you run it, the sharper it gets.

That's the whole model. The rest of this section shows it in motion: what the work asks of you, what the first eight weeks look like, and how the rhythm runs once it's yours.
