Get started
The Growth Accelerator: your first eight weeks. A strategist as your advisor and coach, a team setting up the software, and your team owning the routine by the end.
Getting started is an eight-week program we call the Growth Accelerator. You get a strategist as your advisor and coach, and a team behind the scenes setting up the software, getting it sounding like you, and running the first round of work with you. It starts before kickoff: we do our homework first, so day one isn't a cold start.
The early weeks are mostly us building. The later weeks are mostly you running it. By the end your team owns the weekly routine and we stay in the loop as your strategists.
The eight weeks at a glance
| When | What happens | Who drives |
|---|---|---|
| Before we start | We do our homework: go through your site, product, competitors, and sales calls, and draft a starting strategy. | We prep; you point us at what you've got. |
| Weeks 1 and 2 | A working kickoff, then we set the strategy: topics to own, your brand voice, tracking, and the first topic to go after. | We build; you give access and approve. |
| Weeks 3 and 4 | We agree on what great looks like, get the writing sounding like you, then take your first page live and improve an existing one. | You make the calls; we're beside you. |
| Weeks 5 to 7 | Your team runs the weekly routine while we coach and ramp your pace with a plan built for your site. | You drive; we coach. |
| Week 8 | The pace picks up, the first signs show, and we map the next 90 days. | You own it; we steer. |

You start with a system, not a blank screen
The hardest moment with any tool is the first one, when you log in to a blank screen. We start you past that. Before you write a word, we've built the system around your business, so on day one you already have a read on your site, a picture of your audience, a plan for showing up in AI answers, and a ranked list of what to make or fix first. You're steering something that already runs.
What success looks like
The early weeks are about getting it right before going fast, because what you publish first sets the bar. From there the signs build: your first page live by week four, your team running the routine by week five, and early citations, indexing, and rankings starting to show by week eight. What success looks like lays out the signs to watch and when to expect them.
Before you start
Two pages help you walk in prepared. Kickoff explains what the first session is and how to get ready for it. What you bring lists what to have ready: access, the right people, and the time it takes.

What to expect
What happens before an engagement starts: a conversation about fit, a look at your site, and an honest read on whether we're right for each other.
