The Growth Accelerator

Your first eight weeks, week by week. We do our homework before kickoff, get the system sounding like you, take your first page live by week four, then build the weekly rhythm your team runs.

Getting started is an eight-week program we call the Growth Accelerator. You get a strategist as your advisor and coach the whole way, and a team behind the scenes setting up the software, getting it sounding like you, and running the first round of work with you. Here's the whole thing, week by week.

The early weeks are mostly us. The later weeks are mostly you. By the end your team runs the weekly routine on its own and we stay in the loop as your strategists. Each week below says what happens and who's driving. Watch that shift from us to you. If you want the short version first, the overview has it at a glance, and the roles come from our delivery model.

Three things run under every week, start to finish: we never stop checking your site and fixing what's off, we never stop publishing and improving pages, and we never stop building momentum. That's the habit the eight weeks are really teaching.

Before we start

We do our homework before day one. We go through your site, your product, your competitors, and what came up in your sales calls, and we draft a starting point for your strategy.

This is the difference between a vendor and a partner. There's no "getting to know you" phase eating into your time, because we walk into kickoff already getting your business. You don't have to do anything here except point us at what you've got.

Week 1: Kickoff and learn fast

Kickoff is a working session, not a presentation. We bring what we found and pressure-test it against your reality, and we listen more than we talk. Where we can, we grab time with the people on your team who know things no audit will ever surface.

By the end of the week we share a clear picture of your goals, your audience, and what good looks like to you.

We lead; you give access and the right people.

Week 2: Set the foundation and aim

We turn what we learned into a plan: three to five topics to own, your brand voice written down, tracking set up, and the first topic we go after. We pick one place to start instead of spreading thin, because going deep on the right topic builds authority and a little of everything builds none.

By the end of the week the strategy is approved and we both know exactly where we're starting.

We build; you approve and aim.

Week 3: Define great and calibrate

First we agree on what great looks like for your audience, since great for your readers isn't the same as generic B2B content. Then we teach the system your voice. We write a few real pieces, you mark them up, and we tune it and write a style guide until the work sounds like you and clears your bar.

We're going for good, not perfect, on the first shot. Chase perfect and you never ship, and you never learn what actually lands. We want a first piece strong enough to earn real engagement and tell us something true.

By the end of the week you have a style guide and a calibration piece that sounds like your brand.

We calibrate; you sharpen it with feedback.

Week 4: Clear the path to publish

This is the milestone. We take one new page all the way to published and improve one page you already have, end to end. Along the way we clear every bit of friction in the path from idea to live, so the fifth page and the fiftieth are easy.

You review, edit, and publish. You own the button. By the end of the week you have a new page live, an existing page improved, and a path you've seen work.

You own the button; we're beside you.

Weeks 5 to 7: Build the rhythm

Now your team runs the weekly routine: pick the work, create it, review it, publish it. Two tracks run side by side. Your team builds this week's work while we shape next week's, so you're never starting from a blank page. We coach from the side and ramp your pace with a plan built for your site, since how fast you go depends on how much authority and content you already have.

This is where results start to build. Think about a brand-new product with no reviews. It might be great, but there's no signal yet, so nothing recommends it. You earn that signal. Every strong page you ship and every page you improve tells the engines the same thing: this site keeps getting better and keeps putting out work people use. The more you do it, the faster the next page lands.

By the end of this stretch your team is running the routine, and it's getting easier each week.

You drive; your strategist coaches.

Week 8: Pick up speed and plan ahead

The pace picks up and the first signs show. Pages start getting cited in AI answers, which you can see in the platform. Pages get indexed and begin picking up rankings and impressions, and maybe early clicks, depending on how mature your site already is. Together we map the next 90 days so you know what's ahead before the accelerator ends.

You own the driver's seat now. We stay in the loop for strategy and calibration, the parts that keep paying off, while your team runs the day-to-day.

You own it; we steer strategy.

What you're really building

This is a long game. You're building a system that compounds, and it compounds when the basics are right: you know your audience, you have a clear plan, the work is good, and you keep shipping. The accelerator is how that system gets built and handed to you. What success looks like lays out the signs to watch for and when to expect them.
