What success looks like

The signs a healthy Growth Accelerator produces and when to expect them: a page live by week four, your team running the routine by week five, early citations by week eight.

The point of the Growth Accelerator isn't whether we did good work. It's whether the system is taking hold and starting to move the things that matter. Here's what to watch for and when, so you can tell early that it's working.

The week-eight signs depend on how mature your site already is. A site with existing traffic and content moves faster than one starting closer to zero. We tell you which one you are up front, so the timeline is honest.

Why the signs build instead of appear

Visibility isn't a switch you flip. You earn it. Think about a brand-new product with no reviews, or a new driver with no ratings. The product might be great and the driver might be excellent, but there's no signal yet, so nothing recommends them. They have to build it.

Your site works the same way with AI engines and search. Every strong page you publish and every page you improve sends the same message: this site keeps getting better and keeps putting out work people use. Do that consistently and the engines start to trust you, cite you, and send you traffic. That's why the accelerator ramps your pace instead of dumping out volume on day one, and why the signs show up as a build, not a spike.

You're not watching alone

Your strategist watches the same signs you do, every week. If something isn't working, we catch it early and fix it, instead of pretending it's fine and stacking more volume on top. That's the job, not a checkpoint you have to pass.

The long game

What you're building is a system that compounds. It compounds when the basics are right: you know your audience, you have a clear plan, the work is good, and you keep shipping. The early signs are the first proof it's started. The Growth Accelerator is how you get there, week by week, and Operate is the routine that keeps it going once your team owns it.
