Once your team runs the weekly loop, our job narrows to the parts that need a strategist. Our delivery model names the four hats we wear; this page is what those hats actually do month to month, once onboarding is behind you.
We stay in the loop for four things, and your team owns everything else.
We keep the strategy sharp
You own the priority calls, but you don't have to make them in the dark. We bring a point of view on where to point the engine next: which topics are worth investing in, which pages to refresh, where a competitor is gaining, and what the data says is working. You decide. We make sure the decision has the best read behind it.
We keep the output calibrated
Your business changes. You launch things, enter new markets, sharpen your positioning. When that happens, the context layer and the writing profile need to move with it. We keep them current so the output keeps sounding like you and keeps reflecting what's true about your business today, not six months ago.
We coach where it helps
When someone new joins your team, when you want to try a new content type, or when you hit something you haven't done before, we coach. The goal is the same as it was in the accelerator: your team gets more capable while we stay in the loop to back you up. We'd rather teach you to run something than run it for you.
We set the quarterly direction
Every quarter we zoom out with you and look at the bigger picture: what worked, what didn't, where the next 90 days should point. That's where the roadmap gets set and the strategy gets reset against your goals. Between those, we run regular deep dives on performance so nothing drifts for a full quarter before anyone notices.
What we don't do
We don't run the weekly loop for you. The moment we do, you're dependent again, and a system you need us to run isn't really yours. We stay in the loop instead, close enough to keep it sharp without holding the keys. We don't sit between you and your own growth. The whole point of the model is that your team owns the operating work and we own the strategy and calibration around it. How we communicate covers the cadence that keeps that working.
