A GrowthOS workspace is operational within a day of analytics access. Hours, not weeks. By the time you sit down for your first call, setup agents have crawled your site, researched your competitors, drawn personas from real data, mapped your taxonomy, and tuned a writing agent that already sounds like you. The slow part of working with an agency is over before you start.

Setup is three moves, and they run in order because each one feeds the next.

The setup arc

MoveWhat you doWhat it gives you
Connect your dataGrant access to a crawl, analytics, search console, keyword data, and CheckThatThe raw signal every score and recommendation reads from
Calibrate ContextTune the five surfaces that tell GrowthOS who you are, foundation docs first and Writing Calibration lastA truth layer every page inherits its quality from
Start creatingAccept an opportunity, pick a Content Template, and run a Page Brief to a published pageYour first page live, with a proven path to the next one

The order is the point. Data comes first because Context is built from it. Context comes next because every page you create reads from it. Creation comes last, when the system already knows your business well enough to sound like you on the first draft.

What "operational in a day" means

Most of the heavy build happens before you touch anything. Setup agents do the research a person would spend weeks on, then hand you a workspace that already understands your site. Your job at the start is to review and correct what they found, not to fill in a blank page.

Get Context right and the rest compounds. Get it wrong and the best pipeline in the world writes confident, generic content. So the work that matters most on day one is reviewing what the agents drafted and sharpening it until it's true.
