Connect your data sources
GrowthOS reads from five inputs: a site crawl, analytics, search console, keyword data, and CheckThat. Connect them and the scoring, Health, and AI visibility have something to read.
GrowthOS reads from five inputs, and connecting them is the first move in setup. Each one drives a different part of the system. Analytics and search console feed the performance side of scoring. The site crawl drives Health. Keyword data feeds research. CheckThat powers AI visibility. Connect all five and the scores, the recommendations, and the reports have real signal to read instead of guesses.
You grant access once. The setup agents take it from there, building your Page Portfolio and seeding Context before your first call.
What each source powers
| Source | What it powers |
|---|---|
| Site crawl | Builds the Page Portfolio and drives Health, the technical-quality score for every page |
| Analytics | The performance side of scoring: traffic, sessions, and how much of its potential a page captures |
| Search console | The other half of performance: impressions, position, and the queries each page earns |
| Keyword data | Opportunity research, the queries and search intent worth building pages around |
| CheckThat | AI visibility, how engines like ChatGPT, Perplexity, Claude, and Gemini see and cite your brand |
The split matters. Health asks whether a page is well built, and the crawl is what answers it. The performance side asks whether a page earns the traffic it could, and analytics plus search console are what answer that. Keep the sources straight and the scores tell you not just that a page is weak, but what kind of weak.
Why all five
You can run on fewer, but each gap shows up as a blind spot. Without analytics and search console, scoring can't grade a page against its potential, since it doesn't know what the page is earning. Without the crawl, there's no Page Portfolio and no Health. Without keyword data, opportunity research has nothing to mine. Without CheckThat, you're flying blind on whether AI engines mention you at all.
The fuller the inputs, the sharper every downstream decision. Connecting all five on day one is what makes the workspace operational in hours.

Calibrate Context
Context is the truth layer every surface reads from. Tune its five surfaces in order, foundation docs first and Writing Calibration last, so every output inherits the quality.
Concepts
How GrowthOS works as one loop: context, a scored page portfolio, opportunities, creation, snapshots, and AI visibility, each feeding the next.
